HomeandLiving.com is available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for you to enjoy shopping for your entire home furnishing needs without any pressure from a salesperson.

Do you have a store?
We do not have a physical store front, selling online is a more efficient business model that allows us to offer a much larger selection and better prices than most retail stores.

Do you share my information with anyone?
We will not share your personal information with anyone except as is required to fulfill your order. For more information, click on our Privacy Policy.

How will my order be delivered?
HomeandLiving.com offers nationwide delivery within the contiguous United States. Shipments weighing less than 150 lbs. are usually made using common carriers such as FedEx, UPS. Items shipped via common carrier will normally take about 5 business days or less to arrive to the customer's home once it has shipped. Common carriers do not normally call in advance to schedule a delivery. If the customer is not home, the carrier will generally leave the package at the front door with no signature required.

Items weighing more than 150 lbs. are usually shipped by freight company Home Direct USA. Items shipped via Home Direct USA usually take about 7-14 business days to arrive to the customer's home once it has shipped. The delivery agent will contact the customer to set up a delivery time which is most convenient for the customer.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive an email containing your tracking information so you can track your order online.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are produced and/or shipped at no charge.

Can I ship my order in stages?
Delivery of your order will be made at one time. If you require part of your order to be shipped in stages, please let us know once you place your order.

Can an order be shipped internationally?
At this time, HomeandLiving.com can deliver to the contiguous United States. If you would like to place an order with delivery to Canada, please call us at 1.877.999.3329 for a quote.

What warranties do you offer on Furniture?
Many products sold at HomeandLiving.com come with a manufacturer's warranty, which may vary in length from three months up to five years depending on the manufacturer. Details of the warranty cover will also depend on other factors, such as the type of product, the problem that you are experiencing, and where the item is now located. If the product(s) you order come with a manufacturer's warranty, we recommend that you take the time to review it closely so that you know exactly what level of coverage that is being offered. HomeandLiving.com reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update these policies, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates. Further details on manufacturers' warranties will generally be attached when you get your new furniture. Call or e-mail us if you have further questions; we will be glad to help. Keep in mind that the manufacturers warranties do not cover labor or transportation beyond one year; even a "lifetime" warranty covers the replacement parts only.

Can I return an item?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If you did receive the item you ordered and decide that you no longer want it and would like to return it, you will be responsilble for the return shipping costs. On free shipping items, you will still be responsible for the outbound shipping charges incurred by HomeandLiving.com. Once we receive the item we will issue a full refund minus the original cost of shipping the item to you. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. If you would like to schedule a return, please email us at customerservice@homeandliving.com and we will guide you through the process.

What if my merchandise arrives damaged?
Products may be returned without surcharge if they have been damaged during shipping and are no longer in flawless condition or if they contain blemishes accredited to manufacturer defects. All damaged products must be reported to the customer service department no longer than 15 days after delivery has been completed.

No Refund or Return will be issued if original packaging has been disposed of.
