Definitely A Must!Oct 07, 2008 No matter what stroller you currently have if you don't have a Maclaren you definitely need one it will make your life less complicated. Prior to purchasing the Quest we were using the Maxi-Cosi convertible stroller it was nice being able to transport the carrier in and out of it while the baby was sleeping but then again it was extremely bulky and took most if not all of the trunk space, then the removable seat was another item we had to take with us...it was definitely making traveling tiresome and difficult. At first my husband and I were opposed to spending anymore money on another stroller since the first was already a big investment but we obviously gave in. Now I absolutely love the Maclaren Quest! Whether long or short trips it's a breeze to take anywhere it folds easily and very compact and it's very light unlike the heavy convertible stroller. Most importantly my daughter enjoys sitting up and looking out. When she falls asleep the lowest recliner level allows her to sleep comfortably. If you are looking into getting a Maclaren I suggest to spend the extra money on the Quest since it has a footrest unlike the Volo or Triumph in which your childs legs will hang down. A friend of mine has a Triumph and her child's legs hangs off the seat and it looks quite uncomfortable especially when they're asleep. Also the Quest has a little pocket in the back of the seat which easily stashes mom's or child's belongings. The Quest also has two handles you can use when the stroller is folded a shoulder strap and a handle to carry horizontally. The basket underneath is a good size I've had no problems so far of course it doesn't carry shopping bags or a large purse so as long as you're okay with that you should be good. I do have a few cons I wish there was atleast one cup holder preferaby a detachable one but no biggy I can always purchase one. Also the top cover doesn't do a very good job of keeping the sun off my daughter I've looked into purchasing an attachable sun visor similar to Protect-a-Bub. Other then those two I absolutely recommend the Maclaren Quest!
