How can you lose with this price?Nov 26, 2007
We have two twin girls who are now 14 months old. We got the swings when they were about 6 weeks old. One of my girls (who battled colic) LOVED this swing; she fell asleep in it many, many times. And when you have a colic child, sleep is invaluable.
My other daughter (who was your "textbook" baby) HATED this swing. But she didn't like any of them.
My advice is to go with this one. The success of a swing is really dependent on your baby's likes and dislikes and this one is cheap enough to not worry so much if it is disliked.
Also good if you live in a small space.

 Nice but not greatNov 18, 2006
I bought this for my son when he was born because we did not have room for a bigger swing. It is nice that the handle locks the seat in place when pulled on. The swing back is really stright and an infant can not set in it for long. My son kept sliding down causing the staps to dig into his shoulders. It is a good product but I would recommand spending a little more and getting the fisher price travel swing.

I am using this from last one month for my 2 month old baby. He simply loves it. The lights that shine on handle attracts him and he goes to deep sleep when we put him in swing. It is very easy to carry and does not need a big space. The seat is colorful , speed is comfortable and canopy is a nice feature.
The handle does get locked when we move the swing and I found this swing pretty safe.
Disadvantages are -
music is somewhat mechanical,
The toys are not within eyesight of the baby and he has to move his head to look at it.
The belts should have been made softer. they are not very hard though.
Sometimes slows down when the blanket lies from swing to ground .
The canopy does not expand fully , the net blocks it.
Overall , good value for price !!
