It Doesn't Leak!!Oct 05, 2008 This kid's thermos so far is proving to be a no leak winner! I got this for my son for his packed lunches and it seals really well and hasn't leaked yet, and I hope it won't! I had to replace two bookbags last year because his old thermos would leak all over his bookbag and ruin everything, especially if he didn't turn the lid tight enough. This one it doesn't seem to matter, it doesn't leak!
Replacement Straws??Sep 30, 2008 Cup is great until the straw top broke. I'm unable to locate a new straw, without buying a bottle.
nice cupSep 30, 2008 This is a nice cupe keeps the drinks cold, the lid is difficult to get on and the straw is a bit difficult to take apart to clean, other than that I like the product.
Great product BUTSep 26, 2008 I love this thermos for my son EXCEPT that the straw could be stronger. My son chewed it off and they won't have any to order from the site for a few more weeks. I'm really disappointed!
Design Defect Causes LeaksSep 20, 2008 I purchased two of these for my twin Kindergarteners. I love the concept. However, the product design needs tweaking. This container has four pieces--the bottle, the cap, the sipper, and a long straw that extends into the bottle. The sipper has a teeny tiny hole in it so that air can get in and make sucking through the straw possible. If the sipper is the slightest bit off center, the teeny tiny plug in the cap does not fit into it. The result is leaking into the lunch box. (At present, I'm soaking a vinyl lunch box that stinks of mold from milk that leaked out of this bottle). Every morning, I fill two of these bottles and have to test them to make sure that everything is lined up and the product isn't leaking. Many mornings, I must make multiple adjustments in the position of the sipper so that the bottle doesn't leak. I even tried replacing the sipper part and it did not fix the problem. The problem is not chew holes in the sipper--I tested for that and there are none. I do not recommend this product due to the frustration of adjusting it repeatedly.
