Sturdy TV stand for the moneyMar 03, 2008
I bought this item primarily because of its look, and it looks nice with my other furniture of this type. However, it is also surprisingly sturdy and provides a great amount of storage. On the shelves I am able to fit a video gaming system, a DVD player, a DVD recorder, and a satellite receiver. It is very wide with convenient holes in the back to organize your wires. It sets a 42" HDTV at my preferred level for viewing from the couch, but some people may want their TV higher, so check the dimensions. It definitely fits into a modern or contemporary decor best.
The only drawback is that it takes a long time to assemble (or maybe that was just me). I searched at stores and online and this item was the best value with the style I like.
