This toy is a lot of fun.
The assembly was easy even though the instructions were not always clear. The battery needs to be charged for 16 hours before usage. The train as well as the tracks are all plastic but seems durable.
Baby figured out the buttons easily and is loving her ride.

We bought this train for my son's second birthday. We had a party with 10 kids there and they all loved taking turns on the train. My son rides it everyday and likes to pretend he's "fixing" it with his tools. I though it was easy to assemble and we haven't had any problems with the battery staying charged.

This train does not stay on its tracks well. The manufacturer needs to modify the track so that it holds the train in place better, especially around corners. Also, if the child shifts his/her butt from the center of the tiny seat, he/she will tip over along with the train off the tracks. The track is very small, so I suggest buying additional tracks to make the ride less circular.

Our 2yo son love's this train and rides it everyday. The train moves at a fun, quick pace. Be sure your child sits in the middle of the seat or the caboose "derails" easily. The track is somewhat "bumpy" compared to another train we had, but moves along steadily.All in all, a great buy and lots of fun.

We bought this for our granddaughter about a year ago when she was about a 1 1/2 years old as something to do at Grandma & Grandpa's house. She rides this EVERYTIME she comes over. She is now 2 1/2 and almost can put the track down without help. This is a great ride and we are glad we bought it!
